Collecting Information About You

You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

Location Information
We may use services to collect information about your physical location. We use this information to create greater ease of use in our checkout, including suggesting your shipping and billing address.

Do-Not-Track Signals

California Residents: Rights under California Law

Only you or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. However, you may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may make a verifiable consumer request up to two times within a 12-month period, without charge. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
We try to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension time period (up to 90 days). If you have an account with us, we will deliver our response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding receipt. The response we provide will also explain any reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

Nevada Residents: Rights under Nevada Law
As of October 1, 2019, if you are a Nevada resident, you may opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information. To do so, please contact us at hello@remnantbikinis.com and title the subject of your email “Nevada Privacy Rights Opt-Out Request”. In response, we will request information from you to verify your identity. We will respond to your request, once verified, within 60 calendar days (with a possible 30-day extension upon notice to you).
Policy Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy in whole or in part, we will inform you by posting a notice on our websites, as applicable. Those changes will go into effect on the effective date posted in the notice and/or at the end of the revised Privacy Policy. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our websites and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent.
