We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase, and happily offer an exchange, store credit or refund for items you return in the original re-sellable condition with all tags and liners attached.
Any purchased items can only be returned within 30 days of your purchase date.
HOW TO RETURN:
STEP 1: Go to the online Order Management area by: Link in Order Confirmation Email OR Menu here on Home or Cart page (when logged in to your customer account)
STEP 2: Find the order containing items you wish to return and click to open it and see the details.
Click the buttons to say which items you are keeping and which you are returning.
STEP 3: Pack the items you wish to return in the original reusable compostable parcel, attach the return label included with your order and drop it off at USPS/UPS. Please note the carrier listed on the return label.
SETTLEMENT OF RETURNS:
If you choose to make an Exchange Order, this is done immediately. Any remaining funds will be converted to a store credit stored in your account for future use.
If you request a Refund, we will reply to you within 48 hours of receiving your return parcel.
Your $40 deposit will be applied toward your purchase, store credit or refunded to the original form of payment, based on your selection.
